When a new analytical system has to be planned, procured, installed, calibrated, and commissioned with a single point of accountability, TriNova delivers end-to-end. We take ownership from scope through startup — managing engineering, fabrication, installation, and verification so your team can stay focused on the plant.
A turnkey project starts with a scoping conversation about the measurement, the process, and the operating environment. From there, TriNova handles application engineering, analyzer and sample system selection, fabrication, mechanical and electrical installation, calibration, commissioning, and the documentation package — coordinating directly with your operations, instrumentation, and project teams the entire way.
The result is a complete analytical system delivered ready to operate, with a single team accountable for the outcome and a single point of contact when questions come up.
What's actually included in "turnkey"? Everything from scope through operational handoff: application engineering, analyzer selection, sample system design and fabrication, mechanical and electrical installation, calibration, commissioning, training of your operators and techs if needed, and the documentation package. The intent is that you sign one contract and receive a working analytical system — not a stack of parts and a list of contractors to coordinate.
How do you scope and price a turnkey project? We start with a scoping conversation and, where needed, a site visit to understand the measurement, the process, the install location, and any constraints. From there we develop a defined-scope proposal with line items, milestones, and pricing. Scope changes are managed through a clear change-order process — no surprises during execution.
How does the handoff work at the end? You receive a complete project closeout package — as-built drawings, configuration records, calibration certificates, sample system schematics, commissioning sign-off, and any operator-facing documentation. Our project lead walks your operations and maintenance teams through the system before we leave, and ongoing support transitions to a maintenance contract or pay-as-you-go service relationship — your choice.
