Paid Time Off & Holidays
- Increased Starting PTO: All full-time employees will now start with 4 weeks (previously 3 weeks) of PTO annually.
- Faster Escalation of PTO: The timeline for increased PTO will now begin at 3 years of service (previously 5 years)
- Annual PTO Rollover: Employees may now roll over up to 5 unused PTO days per year into the following calendar year.
- Increased PTO Cap: The maximum PTO has been increased from 23 days to 30 days.
