When a new chemical feed system goes in, the difference between safe, accurate dosing and chronic leaks, drift, or unsafe handling is decided long before the first pump cycle. TriNova installs metering pumps, injection quills, storage tanks, tubing, valves, and control equipment to manufacturer specification and system design — so your new chemical feed starts safe and stays accurate.
Our certified technicians install and integrate the full chemical injection system — metering pumps, injection points and quills, storage tanks and totes, tubing and piping, valves, secondary containment, and the control equipment that ties it all together. Every install is executed against manufacturer specifications, system design documents, and the process and safety requirements that govern chemical handling at your facility.
The result is a chemical feed system that's ready to dose accurately, contains what it handles, and comes with the documentation your maintenance team, warranty terms, and compliance program all depend on.
How does TriNova coordinate with our other contractors or EPC? We're used to plugging into active construction or turnaround schedules. Our team coordinates directly with your EPC, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, and operations staff to sequence around chemical line tie-ins, hot work permits, and instrument air or power availability. We work to your schedule, not around it.
Do you handle the storage and containment work too? Yes. We install and route the full system — metering pumps, injection points, tubing runs, storage tanks or totes, secondary containment, and all valves and fittings — alongside the controls. A correctly installed pump on inadequate containment is still a safety and compliance problem, so we take ownership of the entire chemical path.
What's included in the handoff at the end of installation? A complete as-built package: pump configurations, tubing and piping routes, containment details, control system wiring, alarm and interlock setup, and any commissioning prerequisites your team or our commissioning crew needs to take the system live. Maintenance, warranty, and compliance all start from this record.
