Endress Core of Excellence Education & Wellness Center Groundbreaking

We are excited to begin construction on our new Endress Core of Excellence Education and Wellness Center at our corporate office in Mobile, AL. The Endress Core of Excellence Education and Wellness Center will host Internship Programs, Apprenticeship Programs, Community Career + Education Forums (CCEF), and more. 

 

The Endress Core of Excellence Education and Wellness Facility is an investment in our future talent pipeline. With this new building, we will be creating new opportunities that will shape TriNova’s culture in the future, passing on knowledge and experience, preparing for future openings and growth, and building a bigger network. 

 

The opportunities also span our current employees and provide mentorship opportunities and bring fresh perspectives from the upcoming workforce. With our Process Training Unit (PTU) and training capabilities, we will be able to work together and develop current and future talent to provide the best service and solutions to our customers. We hope to create future engineers and technicians by building awareness around career opportunities in the technical and engineering field.
