Declutchable Gear Overrides

The AVCO ALXL series declutch override gear box is specially designed for butterfly valves, ball valves and plug valves coupled together with pneumatic actuators. This device allows for manual operation during installation, system testing and in the event of a supply air-failure. The ALXL Series is compact and light weight. Weatherproof to IP65, it has an ISO 5211 mount pad for direct mounting to many of the most popular rack and pinion style pneumatic actuators on the market. The units come complete with a one-piece coupler that mounts from the valve stem through the ALXL override gear box to the actuator to provide solid, continuous engagement of all components. With output torque ranges from 2,640 in-lbs through 115,500 in-lbs, all sizes are designed to allow the operator to easily move between pneumatic drive or manual drive as required.
