Electric Actuators – Quarter Turn, Non Spring or Spring Return

AVCO electric actuators are available in a variety of configurations to meet your needs. All the electric actuators come standard with a NEMA 4/4X aluminum housing. The ISO 5211 mount pad allow for direct coupling to many valves resulting in a lower profile assembly. The shaft gives 90° rotation with a 180° option and its position is clearly shown on a raised indicator for quick visual verification. Manual override is standard on non-spring return units and is achieved without the need for levers to engage the override function. All actuators have an internal heater for moisture control, dual SPDT switches and positive mechanical stops on larger models. Most actuators are available through the range of 12V to 230V. The P Series electric actuators is a quarter turn, non-spring return actuator that fails in place. It is available from 300 in-lbs through 40,500 in-lbs. It may be configured with on/off/jog functionality or as a proportional actuator for greater control. The PS series is a reversible electric spring return actuator. The internal modular design eliminates excess wiring and allows for simple field conversion between 2 position and proportional control.
