Quality Heat Trace Design and Installation
-
A Customer in our Louisiana territory was going through an expansion. Our team, lead by Garrett McCain continued to educate the site on our full capabilities, including our heat trace offerings. After gaining our customers trust in our services, we were asked to help design and install their heat trace system for the expansion to be completed by the end of July 2022. We sent our service driver, Tim Watson to execute an initial walk through and scope to better understand the customers need and timeline. After we developed a turnkey package, we worked with the customers onsite electrical and insulation contractors. Our team, including Mark Coolican and Kinzie LeBlanc assisted in technical and engineering support. With our quick response, in house knowledge, and heat trace stocking capabilities, we were able to ensure that we were well equipped to take care of this project in their short timeline.

Our Solution
Our solution was to engineer the system with a formal design and IFC package/drawings/project management, and work as the GC to ensure a quality Turn Key installation
