RP Series Eccentric Plug Rotary Valve

The S&S® RP Series™ is a patented eccentric plug rotary globe control valve for precise control of liquids and gases.

The two-piece stem design opens up the flow gallery for high Cv in a compact envelope, while preserving the stable throttling you expect.

An integral bonnet and the elimination of a lower body flange remove common leak paths, and the interlocking anti-blowout plug-to-stem connection enhances safety.

Standard construction includes an upgraded EN 1.4418 stainless steel plug, with optional Stellite seating surfaces and alloy trims for erosive or corrosive services. Trim reductions and a wide Cv range allow the RP1 to be sized precisely, with rangeability up to 160:1.
